Transformation Automap Option is not working after DMW Upgrade to Version 3.1.1 (Doc ID 2849794.1)

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1 version,

When attempting to use the automap option for a transformation after upgrade from DMW 2.5.3 to 3.1.1,
the following error occurs is displayed at DMW UI level:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
    1. Upgrade DMW 2.5.3 to 3.1.1.
    2. Create the input Data Model.
    3. Create the target Data Model.
    4. Install both input and target Data Models.
    5. From "Study Configuration", go to Transformation tab
    6. Select the target Data Model created at step 3.
    7. Use the input Data Model created at step2 as source Data Model for this target Data Model.
    6. From Map drop-down list, select Automap.

    The following error is displayed at UI level: "Transformation for: <TARGET_DATA_MODEL>(v<VERSION_ID>)...Automap sugesstions not created."

Changes

 DMW was upgraded from version 2.5.3 to version 3.1.1.
