Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.5.3.1 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For all studies, the number of Validation Check discrepancies
with 'FailedProcessingForInForm' or 'PendingForInForm' tag is increasing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the discrepancies to be sent to InForm.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. From DMW, go to "Navigation"/"Administration"/"Validation Checks" tab.
2. Select a study and lifecycle.
3. Verify the count for discrepancies having the tag "FailedProcessingForInForm".
