On : 8.0.7 version, Web UI

Add cases at Relationship tab does not filter by jurisdiction

In "Add Cases" window from the "Relationship" tab in Case Summary page, When finding by any search criteria that is no with the jurisdiction so we want to add jurisdiction in search filter and to set the jurisdiction field as mandatory for the form.
