Not Able To Find Available Environments For Engine When Configuring Environments In IBFA. (Doc ID 2850442.1)

Symptoms

On : 5.6.0.0.0 version, RateManager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to find available environments for engine when configuring environments in IBFA.

In IBFA when configuring the environments user is receiving an error message and the environment drop down is empty.
Navigate to Insbirdge -> Explorer -> Company, then in the right plan click settings, and then choose Environments.
Enter all the details for the environment, enter Engine Type Jboss, Enter engine location : and click discover. You can try to save the changes first and then hit discover but the same issue occurs.

At this point the issue occurs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

IBFA should detect environment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Insbirdge -> Explorer -> Company, then in the right plan click settings, and then choose Environments.

2. Enter all the details for the environment, enter Engine Type Jboss, Enter engine location : and click discover.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set up Java Softrater environment.
