SLEE Call ID Greater Than Max Int32 Causes VWS Sync Errors

Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.4.0.0 version,
If the Service Logic Execution Environment (SLEE) Client Message ID (CMID) is greater than the maximum integer limit (2,147,483,647 max int32), then the Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS) logs below errors while processing the CMID in Escher message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On NCC 12.0.4 Version, for a sample scenario consider if the SLEE CMID is greater than the max integer limit (2,147,483,647).
2. Check if the beVWARS log reports the mentioned Error while processing the CMID/Escher message.
