 Customer reports user can add a buyer to PO without defining the Dept using PO induction, the same is not possible using RIB messages.

They gave an example:

In PO Header there is a field to define the buyer when using either the UI screen or PO induction to create PO.

So, user wants to integrate, VIA RIB, a PO creation for 100 units of headsets. The headset department is dept = 1000.
There is no buyer defined for this department in the Merchandise Hierarchy. How does the user define the buyer along with the PO creation using RIB?
