Format Validation Error In Supplier Creation Screen For Email Whose Domain Id Has Hyphen (Doc ID 2850878.1)

Domain id in Email has hyphen and this is a valid Email id.
When the same Email Id is entered in supplier creation screen, invalid format error is thrown.

Invalid E-mail Id Format

Steps To Recreate:
1) Navigate to supplier creation screen.
2) Enter email id with a hyphenated Domain.
3) Invalid email format error is thrown
