Intermittent Pipeline Manager Performance Degradation (Doc ID 2851076.1)

Symptoms

The user is experiencing performance degradation in pipeline manager while processing event data records (EDRs) in production environment. After the instrumentation was enabled (using "kill -s USR1 <Pipeline_PID>"), the pipeline log shows that the FCT_Account module is consuming/expending the most time.
It seems that the most amount of time is consumed by CustomerSearch (FCT_Account) module.

It is not occurring for all the EDRs, sometimes the pipeline is processing 92 EDRs/sec and sometimes decreases to 11 EDRs/sec, but the most amount of time is consumed by the FCT_Account module.
