ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Planning engine recommends unnecessary Planned order for Lot Controlled Item, when there is onhand quantity expiring in future exists to satisfy the demand.

The demand due date is prior to the onhand expiry date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Existing onhand should be consumed before recommending new planned orders.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Supply Chain Plan > Workbench

2. Query Supply/Demand for the item and review
