Symptoms

When running reports , moving change order status etc.. receives error in Agile Web Client.

ERROR

'The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.'

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /Agile/PCMServlet.

Reason: Error reading from remote server


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Agile Web Client.
2. Run User History Report or Change status of any Change Order.
3. Operation takes a long time and shows error.

Changes

 SSOGen proxy is configured between Agile and LB.
