TF Alert Management Is Not Working Fine In Pre-Production Environment (Doc ID 2851360.1)

Symptoms

User (Analyst/Supervisor) unable to flag the event as suspicious or clean, when tried to save the comment (standard comment or free text comment), a pop-up error message displays

Error : [50105] Please reopen the alert from the summary screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login to TF New Setup - Higher Environment

Step 2: Post an TF Alert

Step 3: Open the Same via OFSAA UI under Transaction filtering Alert list Screen

Step 4: open the alert and try to change the status of the Alert ie.. Pending to suspicious or clean

Step 5: The application is returning the following error: [50105] Please reopen the alert from the summary screen.

Changes

 Migration was Not done properly from lower to higher environment
