How Is The Historical Quotes Criteria Calculated In Regards To Sourcing Project and LOOKUPCONSTANTS.FIELD_HISTORICALQUOTES_DATE_RANGE?

To reproduce the request, in the Web Client go to a Sourcing Project as follows:

1. Login to Web Client
2. Search for a Sourcing Project
3. Click on Analysis Tab
4. Click on Edit button pull down select Price Lookup
5. Price Lookup from Item will appear
6. Refer to Historical Quotes and fill in a number of days

Which date those within the number of days entered in step 6 does it apply to?
Does it compare to the creation date of the price, creation date of the part, to the release date of the price?
