Issue in Getting FIRST_USAGE Notification Service Context in Post Charging Extension (Doc ID 2851416.1)

Symptoms

In Post charging extension, it is not possible to get the FIRST_USAGE notification service context. This notification is not added to allowed notification list.
So while calling method with FIRST_USAGE notification type, it throws below error.
