Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.3.0 version

One user was upgrading Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Patch Set (PS)3 to BRM PS4  following the same steps mentioned in the documentation: Performing Zero Downtime Upgrade.

On Step 2 and later Step 6:

Go to the BRM_home/setup/scripts directory and run this script:
