Error Message While Adding New Item To The Transfer Shipment (Doc ID 2851629.1)

Symptoms

While adding new item to a transfer shipment container in Hand held, getting the below error message:
"Item is not on selected transfer. Do you want to add the item to the transfer and container?"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable the "Add Items with No Document" and "Add Item to Transfer Shipment" permissions to the role through which the user is logging in SIM.
2. Login SIM Hand Held.
3. Select 1-Shipping/Receiving -> 3-Transfer Shipping -> 1-Crreate Shipment.
4. Select Type of Destination as 1-Store and enter destination store id.
5. Select 1-Add Container - > 1-Add/Edit Item.
6. Scan valid items and enter Ship Qty for each item.
7.Press button and for Summary.
8.Select 4-Save - > Container has been saved. Press button to continue.
9.Select 2-Edit Container -> List of containers displayed ->Select the container created in above steps.
10.Select 1-Add/Edit Item ->Scan a new item which has not scanned previously.
11."Item is not on selected transfer. Do you want to add the item to the transfer and container?".
