Goal

User want to know if the below 807 feature is available in 808 ml line.

Feature to lock Alerts used by Analysts mapped to same User Group (Doc ID 2772445.1)

In Alert Summary Screen Analyst mapped to two level(1 &2) of User Group ,Once the alert is assigned or locked then the alert should not be enabled for other users in the same level.
