Performance Degradation While Loading the Approvals > Status Approvals Page as well as after Clicking Accept or Reject on a Status Card from the Page (Doc ID 2851915.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Loading the Approvals > Status Updates page OR Accepting / Rejecting an update from the Status Updates page results in performance degradation (for example, 3+ minutes).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Loading the Approvals > Status Updates page OR Accepting / Rejecting an update from the Status Updates page should execute within a couple seconds.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. In P6 select Approvals > Status Updates.
  2. Note how long it takes for the page to load.
  3. After the page has loaded, click either Accept or Reject on one of the cards.
  4. Note how long it takes for the page to reload after the action completes.
