Symptoms

When attempting to delete a user in Identity Management, the following error occurs.

Error:
[20456] Cannot delete the user as it is mapped to user groups.

Steps To Replicate:
1. Go to User Maintenance and attempt to delete a user that has been end dated in the past. 

2. Go to User - User Group Map and searched for the user and no result.
