Is it possible to determine all the versions of MedDRA and/or Who Drug that each Enterprise has used?

For example, if Enterprise A went live with MedDRA 19.1 and has been Re-Coded to 20.1, 21.1 and 22.1.

Can all these versions be determined for each Enterprise?
