File Upload/Download Issue While Accessing Application In Internet Using Citrix ADC with error: SSL certificate used in the system contained wildcard *.xxxx.com (Doc ID 2852033.1)

Symptoms

Users are having issue download/upload file external URL while using Cittrix to access Agile application with the below error in the Agile log
network: Connecting socket://{hostname.domain_name}:port with proxy=DIRECT

Users also see the error: The preferred file manager is not available in the application



What is Working:
Users using the application from the internal network have no issue. These users can upload/download if using internal URL and connecting to the file manager using an internal configuration.


Fact:
Users connecting to the network through Citrix ADC forwarding connections to the external URL to internal URL. All connections are SSL enable

 

Steps to reproduce:
Log into WebClient
Open any object, and go to Attachments tab, and add file
See the error: The preferred file manager is not available

Same error when trying to get the file. However when click on the file, user will be able to download it.
