After Applying RUP, File Manager Cannot Be Deployed (Doc ID 2852260.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

After Applying RUP, file manager failed to deployed. The webapps and work folders under the Filemgr folder is empty after trying to start up the file manager

Expected Behavior

After Apply RUP, file manager to be deployed successfully

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps

  1. Apply RUP
  2. Restart Agile Application Server
  3. Restart File Manager
  4. Check %Agile_Home%\FileManager\work, and do not see below folder being deployed:
    Catalina\localhost\Filemgr
