No case created in OWS case management EDQ

Symptoms
Steps to reproduce :
Step 1 : Open EDQ launchpad
Step 2 : Open CS application and search for alerts
Step 3 : Check Cases is created after the alert is created.
Expected result :
Case should be created and displayed in case management.
Actual result :
No cases are showing in watchlist screening case management in EDQ Director
Issue Encountered :
Case creation in OWS is not working
Changes
Load balancer configuration is changed.
