Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine, 12.0.0.4.0 Version, Active-Active Setup,

It is observed that the usage request to site1 DiameterGateway (DGW) is not forwarding the request to site2 Elastic Charging Server (ECS) for group 2 customers. Below messages are observed in daimeterGateway.log during this.
