Last updated on MARCH 01, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 16.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The received quantity fields in TSFDETAIL and SHIPSKU tables are showing quantity as 0 instead of the actual received quantity in case of Force Receiving a transfer. TRAN_DATA table on the other hand is showing the actual received quantity in UNITS column as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a transfer.
2. Create a shipment for the transfer created in step1.
3. Navigate to Tasks-->Inventory-->Transfer-->Stock order reconciliation in the RMS application (UI) and do the Force receiving for the transfer.
4. Validate the received quantity column in SHIPSKU & TSFDETAIL tables.
5. Also validate ITEM_LOC_SOH & TRAN_DATA tables.
