Symptoms

In a Cloud Native Environment (CNE): 
While passing usage via seagull, balances are getting updated in balance cache and even event is getting generated in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), however balances are not getting updated in bal_grp_sub_bals_t table.
 
Error observed in Rated Event Loader (REL) logs:
