Agile 936 PPM Activity Display Wrong Time When SDK Update Actual Start Date And Actual End Date (Doc ID 2852503.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

----------------

When using SDK program to update Start Date field, the time always starts from 8:00am, no matter what time is entered.

When using SDK program to update End Date field, the time always ends at 5:00pm, no matter what time is entered.

For example, SDK program will update the Start Date to: 2021/12/21 13:35, however see the value is updated as 2021/12/21 8:00am in the system.

When running SDK program to update Acutal End Date to:2021/12/21 16:15, see the value is updated to 2021/12/21 5:00pm in the system.



Expected Behavior

-----------------

Start Date and End Date should be updated with the exact time provided through SDK program.

For example, SDK program will update the Start Date to: 2021/12/21 13:35, then the value is updated as 2021/12/21 1:35pm in the system.

When running SDK program to update Acutal End Date to:2021/12/21 16:15, see the value is updated to 2021/12/21 4:15pm in the system.



Steps to reproduce

------------------

1. Prepare SDK program to update Actual Start Date and Actual End Date of the task to below:

Actual Start Date: 2021/12/21 13:35

Actual End Date: 2021/12/21 16:15


2. Run SDK program

3. Log into Web Client, and search and open the Program including the task updated by the SDK program

4. Go to Schedule tab, and open the Task updated by the SDK program. See Actual Start Date and Actual End Date shows as below:

Actual Start Date: 2021/12/21 8:00am

Actual End Date: 2021/12/21 5:00pm
