Agile 9.3.4  JavaClient  fails to launch with the error, "failed to validate certificate"

1. Access to Java Client URL: http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/JavaClient/start.html

2. Launch

3. Gets error message "failed to validate certificate"

4. Click Detail, and see below error in the stack trace:
