GL Mapping Upload Performance Issue (Doc ID 2852552.1)

Goal

GL Mapping upload is running too long and gets hung as well. For example, during April and May month-end, the process hung. vc_fif_gl_cross_ref file was cleaned up, and then it was loaded in chunks of 1K-2K. It is time-consuming and overhead to our business users.
