LSH Work Area Install is not Completing, Causing UI Timeout (Doc ID 2852624.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 3.1.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After a patching activity (October 2021 CPU Patch),
when trying to install LSH objects (like Load Sets, Programs) the install job remains hanging and
the UI page became idle.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the LSH objects to be installed successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Attempt to install a Work Area including a Load Set.
2. Verify if the load process is completed successful.
