Steps to reproduce:
Run Watchlist Management job

Actual Behavior:
Watchlist Management should be running successfully in expected time.

Expected Behavior:
It is taking more than 20 hours and still it is progressing

Issue Encountered:
There is one warning from DB side as below:
SQL*Net more data from client.
