Symptoms

The error "Error committing transaction:; nested exception is: javax.ejb.EJBException: Unable to update SUB" is presented on the screen when clicking the Add button on the Multiple Review tab of the Submittal.

The options are Return to Log or Return to Control Center

The Submittal cannot be saved
