Symptoms
On OFSAA 8.1.1.1, MDB Publish is failing with Implementation class not found errors. In the MD publish log, the errors are shown below:

Basically for the below two classes:
1)com.ofs.fsapps.commonapps.rates.util.MDBImplementationForIRC
2)com.ofs.fsapps.commonapps.rates.util.MDBImplementationForEI
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to metadata browser screen and trigger MDB publish by selecting the infodom.
