Goal

Why the Time in DB entry is showing as different when compared to showing in Agile Web client UI.

The Time in UI is showing correct, need to know the reason Why the entry saving in DB is different value.
Log into Agile Web client 9.3.6
Create a Engineering Change Order (ECO), Date Originated it was displayed 12/24/2020 05:03:00 PM CST
Time is showing as Hongkong Time zone and showing in selected Time Format.

In DB it was displayed as 2020-DEC-24 12:24:00
