Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.3.0.0 version, customer noticed the following error: Invalid Escher type conversion while extracting Map key Client Message ID (CMID).

All beVWARS processes on primary VWS log messages of error and Some of the trasactions are not synced to the secondary VWS.

- 2 Billing Engine (BE) domains
- issue started on BOTH
