In FTP 8.1.1, for a case where an Adjustment Rule has multiple Adjustment Types setup (ex. Liquidity Adjustment and Other Adjustments), when you attempt to delete a definition from a product that uses the 2nd method listed, the definition fails to delete.

For example, the method "Other Adjustments" is listed 2nd.  If you select a product that uses this method and click on the Delete button, the definition is removed from the user interface.  But when you "Save" and close the Adjustment Rule and then re-open it, the definition exists again.

Additionally, the related row is not deleted from FSI_M_ADJUSTMENT_RULE for the product.

This issue does not happen if the 1st Adjustment Type is selected.  When the 1st Adjustment Type is selected, the definition is deleted successfully from the user interface and FSI_M_ADJUSTMENT_RULE.
