TXNPMF_BJ_100_01 Batch Job not working as expected (Doc ID 2853907.1)

TXNPMF_BJ_100_01(PERIODIC MAINTAINENCE FEE PROCESSING) batch job does the following:

1) Posts Transaction for Cycle Based Collection Late Fee and Cycle Based Late Fee. Where as these transactions are suppose to be created by TXNCBC and TXNCBL batch jobs. Resulting in duplicate entry of the same.

2) Periodic Maintenance Fee is calculated as 0 for calculation method PMF_PCT_STD_PMT. system is configured 10 % at Contract Fee level for this fee.

System should not post the Cycle Based Collection Late Fee and Cycle Based Late Fee while running the batch job TXNPMF_BJ_100_01(periodic maintenance fee).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Account Creation JSON with 2 days back dated. Check account is created and Activated
Check Lease receivables got posted 
Check Bill/due Date posted  with Due date as same date. Payment due reached so DDT posted immediately. System posted DDT, since account created on the payment due date. No Interest accrual.


Following transaction posted with 0.00 amount. 
Late Charge
Cycle based collection late fee - check ACC_CBC_RUN_DT_NEXT
Cycle based late fee - check ACC_CBL_RUN_DT_NEXT

Make payment on 6 days from the DDT


Run DDT based on the ACC_DDT_RUN_DT_NEXT and GL DATE is same. System posted BILL/DUE DATE with due date on 07/02/2021. Check prebill days 
Running Cycle Based Late FEE(TXNCBL_BJ_100_01) and CYCLE BASED Collection Late Fee job((TXNCBC_BJ_100_01)) based on ACC_CBL_RUN_DT_NEXT and ACC_CBC_RUN_DT_NEXT
Check the following transactions
Cycle based collection late fee 
Cycle based late fee 

Now Run Periodic maintenance fee job(TXNPMF_BJ_100_01) based on ACC_PMF_RUN_DT_NEXT 
System posted Periodic maintenance fee with 0.00 amount, even though standard payment amount configured in the system
System posted again 
Cycle based collection late fee  - Even though the next run date is not reached
Cycle based late fee  Even though the next run date is reached
