Symptoms

This issue is occurring on a setup comprising of Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.1.0.16.20220117 64bit (built Jan 17 2022) installed on Solaris non-global-zone.

Unable to use SNMP agent - an attempt to start the madmand process fails with the following error:
