P6 EPPM Patch Set Update Changes the Access Permissions on the P6 EPPM Folder/Subfolders/Files for Administrator Accounts on the Application Server (Doc ID 2854360.1)

After one administrator applies a Patch Set update to P6 EPPM version 18.8.x or later, for other administrators on the server the following alert displays when trying to open the P6EPPM home folder (ex. C:\P6EPPM_1):

You don't currently have permission to access this folder.

After clicking Continue and attempting to access any file in any subfolder (for example launching the ~\p6\adminpv.cmd utility), the following alert occurs:

Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions.

All administrator users on the server were previously able to access the EPPM folders and files.
