Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 12.0.0.4 and under, a product can continue to be charged even if it's status inactive if the option "stop charging only when cancelled" is selected for that product.

There is a known issue where inactive product was not getting charge even if the option was enabled.
