On : 11.3.0.19 version, General
Following an upgrade from v11.3.0.17 to v11.3.0.19, the following message is reported:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Replaced previous v11.3.0.17 war file with v11.3.0.19 war file.
