Symptoms

To assist the implementation of SIOCS with RMS 16 on premise we want to explore enabling the publication of CFAS attributes from RMS 16 for item,item/loc, and item/supplier/country. This was first introduced on-prem in v19 but the v16 RIB payloads already have the extensible nodes required. This would require backporting the publish-side triggers, package functions, etc. for these CFAS entities.
