Buckets Are Not Expired On Wallet Expiry (Doc ID 2855994.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) 12.0.3.0.0 version,

The below parameter is set in eserv.config in Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS) - VWS parameter - beVWARSExpiry.expireBucketsForExpiredWallets = true

When bucket expiry was in future, that time buckets with positive credit value were not getting deleting even after the wallet is expired.

Expected behavior:

On wallet expiry, buckets with positive credit value should expire, generate expiry Event Data Record (EDR) and trigger expiry event.
