Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Create new status in PMF for TF

Step 2 : Post a new alert and check for the status

Step 3 : Check the new status is working correctly and send the response back to source system.

Expected result :

New status should work and send the response to the source system.

Actual result :

User encountered error and status is not sent correctly to source.

Issue Encountered :

User encountered API Response error and status between TF Alert mangamenet and source not consistent.
