PCM_OP_BAL_GET_ECE_BALANCES Opcode Does Not Return Validity Dates Before Activation Or First Usage (Doc ID 2856099.1)

Goal

When a charge offer is configured with amount valid "From First Usage", the PCM_OP_BAL_GET_ECE_BALANCES opcode does not return any valid_from and valid_to dates if the product has not yet been activated (No usage processed for this product yet). There is a discrepancy between the output from PCM_OP_BAL_GET_BALANCES and PCM_OP_BAL_GET_ECE_BALANCES opcode as it can be seen for resource id 101311001 in the files.

How to resolve this issue?

Steps :

1. Create a charge offer.
2. Grant allowance with validity as first usage.
3. Create a customer account and attach this offer.
4. Query the balances in BRM (PCM_OP_BAL_GET_BALANCES).
5. Query the balances from ECE (PCM_OP_BAL_ECE_GET_BALANCES).
