After upgrading the Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub from LSH 2.5.2 to 3.0, the database was upgraded to release 19c, too. Per Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub Installation guide, the cdrcontextindx.sql script should be executed in the context of CDR database schema, but it was executed in the context of SYS and APPS database schemas, and then, Oracle Text preferences were accidentally created in the wrong schema.
It was confirmed executing below query from Content Management Team (Oracle Text):
The Oracle Text missing preference for CDR database schema has since been created and it solved error "ORA-29881: failed to validate indextype".
Will the Oracle Text preferences accidentally created with the same name under SYS and APPS cause any issues?
