Goal

After upgrading the Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub from LSH 2.5.2 to 3.0, the database was upgraded to release 19c, too. It was c
onfirmed executing below query from Content Management Team (Oracle Text):

The Oracle Text missing preference for CDR database schema has since been created and it solved error "ORA-29881: failed to validate indextype".

Will the Oracle Text preferences accidentally created with the same name under SYS and APPS cause any issues?
