 UIM 7.4.0  | Purge  Job Processing

Post triggering the service purge script, few records got processed under ENTITY_PURGE_JOBXX but most of them started processing as an LEFTOUT job which are handling the left outs of each ENTITY_PURGE_JOBXX in sequential manner. When verified for those records in LEFTOUT jobs, none were existing in UIM, assuming it as purged.

What is the criteria to consider certain records as LEFTOUT from the ENTITY_PURGE_JOBXX which runs on a batch that comprise of eligible entities? Processing most records as an LEFTOUTS in sequential manner will impact the performance in production environment.
