Workflow Configuration Does Not Show All Possible Paths For Conditional Routing

Symptoms
On Unifier : Version 20.12.3
When a Workflow in uDesigner has two Conditional Routing links (conditions) associated to one Step:
Expected Result
At runtime in Admin mode when defining the Workflow Configuration for the workflow schema (unique combination of Setup Name and Workflow Name) both Conditional Routing links (conditions) should be seen and configured.
Actual Result
Only one Conditional Routing link (condition) can be seen and configured. The second link is 'missing' (for lack of a better phrase).
When trying to build another workflow (not copying the original) and adding more than one link/condition to one Step Unifier pops up an Alert that reads:
A step cannot have outgoing links connected to multiple conditional steps.
