OSD Operation With Same Name For Separate ACS Customers Causes Error: Operation Disabled (Doc ID 2856829.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) 12.0.2.0.0 version,

If two customers are configured to use the same Open Services Development (OSD) operation name, when running the corresponding OSD operation for one of the Advanced Control Services (ACS) customers, the following error occurs on osdInterface.log:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. For two different ACS customers create an OSD operation for each, having the same name
2. Run the newly created OSD operation for one of the customers
