Goal

On RMB v2.8.0.0.0, AlgorithmId C1-PERHIC causing performance issue.

There is a Partner job CMPRTNR job causing performance issue due to base algorithm C1-PERHIC.

When partner having more than thousands of records of child records, then a performance hit occurs.

Please confirm if we can remove this algorithm.
