Data Entry Form - Cannot Save Records (Doc ID 2857135.1)

Cannot save records from the Data Entry Form.

Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: create a data entry form.

Step2: Add the first record.

Step 3: Add second record.

Step 4: Remove the second record.

Step 5: Save the form.

Expected Result:

Form should save.

Actual Result:

Getting an error to enter the details for second row.

Few modification are done in the below code to fix the issue.
